pkr999 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkr999," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the website pkr999.co and all associated services, platforms, and subdomains.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a pkr999 account.
• "Platform" means the pkr999 website, mobile web application, progressive web app, and all gaming and betting services accessible through pkr999.co.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the account currency used on the pkr999 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account under a pkr999 promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the pkr999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person and not registering on behalf of a legal entity or third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of pkr999 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling or subject to any account restriction that would prohibit your use of the Platform.

pkr999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identity documents, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of the pkr999 Platform, Players must register a single Account. The following conditions apply:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player may hold only one Account on pkr999. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pkr999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
• KYC Verification: pkr999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other valid identity document before withdrawals are processed. pkr999 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed to completion before closure is finalised.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkr999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Methods: pkr999 accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer. Accepted methods may change without prior notice; the current list is always visible on the Platform.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers are processed within one business day. pkr999 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawal Verification: pkr999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Requests may be held pending verification completion.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process on the Platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pkr999 offers various bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and promotional rewards to Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players who have a fully registered and verified pkr999 Account.
• pkr999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus offer carries a specified wagering requirement. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the Player and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.
• pkr999 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional offers in bad faith.
• Free spin winnings credited to the Account are subject to a default wagering requirement of 30x unless stated otherwise in the specific offer.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or participating in casino games on pkr999, you accept the following:

• All bets placed on pkr999 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by specific game rules.
• pkr999 reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds, prices, or game outcomes resulting from technical errors or manifest mistakes. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live titles, and by physical outcomes in live dealer studios for live games. pkr999 does not influence game outcomes.
• pkr999 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts, winnings, or payout frequencies for individual Players or game categories at its discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, pkr999's records shall be the definitive reference. Players may raise disputes by contacting [email protected] within 7 days of the event in question.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr999 Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing payment transactions after funds have been used on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by law, while misrepresenting your location.

8. Responsible Gaming

pkr999 takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Timers: Players may set session duration limits. pkr999 will notify you when your limit is approaching.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap the total net loss permitted within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, the Player's Account will be suspended and they will be excluded from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected].
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during gaming sessions can be enabled to remind you how long you have been playing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of pkr999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of pkr999.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• pkr999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• pkr999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• pkr999 is not liable for losses arising from: network outages, third-party payment provider failures, currency fluctuations, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pkr999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

pkr999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkr999 will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the pkr999 Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pkr999 is licensed and operated, to the extent consistent with any applicable mandatory local consumer protection laws.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact pkr999 support at [email protected] in the first instance. pkr999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 14 days of receipt.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pkr999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements.
